Thank you SO MUCH for getting the carpets so clean. I have a dog (short hair doesnt shed much), but I knew the previous owners had dogs. After being here a while, I knew Id need the carpet cleaned with my dog running in and out. I paid extra for the articulating machine to get all that gunk up - well worth it!! So clean now and smells way better than before.
The process from start to finish was friendly and helpful. They were transparent/up-front on pricing and quotes. Availability in just a couple days. They were quick, efficient, and highly professional! Randy was amazing as our technician and did one heck of a job! Our carpet is clean, looks so much better, and smells clean as can be. He really took the time and effort to solve our problem areas. So grateful :-) Thank you Randy!
10/02- Brandon Farmer is the professional carpet cleaner that serviced my house. We had two rooms cleaned and he was very meticulous with the cleaning. He is very professional and the quality of work was amazing! 10/04- Edit: we did another service with them a few days later. They cleaned the stairs and stretched the carpet in two rooms. Brandon did amazing work. Posted below is pictures of the before and after. We will recommend them to anyone that needs carpet service!
As I told someone today, I love this business — not only because my area rug came back so clean but also because they are such competent professionals and great communicators. Cory explained in detail how he would clean it and when it would be done, and voila, that’s just what happened.
