Polly I left you a message as well. This is a normal occurrence on certain types of carpet that contain a latex-based glue in the backing. Humidity will cause it to expand due to the clay in the material. As the carpet dries and acclimates it will naturally just go back to the flat state. So please don't worry this is not permanent. RecommendedCorey was on time, very courteous and knowledgeable. He protected the hardwood floors and the corners of the walls (which no other cleaning service we have used in the past has ever done). The carpets turned out beautifully! Corey also cleaned the dryer vent for us and we were shocked at how much lint he removed. We would definitely recommend!

Scheduled a move out cleaning between 3-5pm. They called the day before and asked if we could move it up to between 2-4pm. We said that worked better for us, so we were happy to oblige. 2:00 came and went, and sometime before 3:00, we got a phone call that the employee would be there by 3:30. 3:30 came and went, 4:00 came and went, 4:15 came and went, still no signs of Premier Carpet Cleaning. Great job on carpets, tile and wood floor cleaning. Guys were professional, on time and cared about their job! Highly recommend them! I will be calling them again to do my area rugs.
