What a great place! After going to another ER and facing a VERY long wait I remembered hearing about this place on the news. We decided to leave and find Premier ER Plus. We walked in to a lovely, clean reception area and friendly staff. We were seen by the doctor quickly, received great care, and were back home in a little over an hour. As a new resident of Waco, I'm glad to know where to go if we have another problem! Thanks Dr. Bryant and staff for a great experience!

I took a friend to Premier ER and the staff starting with the receptionist all the way back to the doctors are top rate! Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. The whole experience was very pleasant. I recommend this place to all my friends and family. I really can't say enough about the positive, friendly attitude of everyone we came in contact with.

Awesome place!!!! The people were amazing, the facilities are so nice and clean and the wait time was very minimal. We went for a non-emergency but urgent care incident---we waited less than 10 minutes to be taken to a room and someone was in to speak to us almost immediately. This is a great service for our area. I highly recommend it and it is open 24/7!!!!
