I respect Premier for crediting me for fees that were not originally disclosed however besides that the process was painful. While some of the issues were not the fault of Premier I would suggest they find better companies to partner with (loan servicer, closing company, etc.). Unfortunately I think my experience is the norm in a industry where increasing regulation makes politicians feel good but does little to actually solve the underlying lack of visibility for consumers.

I felt like the left hand wasting talking to the right hand. The disclosures were wrong every time even the final one that we signed. My insurance agent and title rep both talked about how frustrating it was working with the team. They felt they were telling the same thing to different people but nobody communicated. I felt like I needed to push people along and follow up myself for information instead of folks coming to me.

There was no clear process to the whole thing. There were, at least, 3 people involved that appeared to never communicate with one another. We kept having to repeat things to different people and there was no cohesiveness to the team. It was extremely frustrating, extremely inefficient and unprofessional.

Not having to ask for the same information repeatedly. Being told we were all good only to have more issues pop up afterwards. Long delays in understanding the correct information to move forward. No good way of communicating when uploading docs wasn't the solution. Responses via email were not directed to the right people. Katie was amazing. Everyone and everything else could use improvements.

I think knowledge of what is required and limiting constantly needing to provide more info. At first it was nice and streamlined but a lot of duplicative docs were asked for. For example, An attempt to get a recent 401k statement and then it was not available so I was asked for current amount and transaction history, I provided it and then they still wanted a statement so I had to wait a few days until available. Happy to discuss all the issues live

Faris and Conner were great. The people who took over for them did not communicate well, answer questions or give clear direction. Unfortunately that reflects back onto Faris.

Lack of communication, documents requested multiple times, no sense of urgency, entire process took entirely too long. First talked to Faris the end of June and didn’t finalize the re-fi until mid December. Everything and anything that could go wrong- went wrong. It truly was a very unpleasant experience!
