Last trip for me. The new card system is horrible. I went from platinum to some gold card. Took all my perks and host. No more food percs, you earn points now. I called and they say that that's where I go under the new system. Why did I spend all the money to reach the platinum tier...? Machines are horrible. You wait forever for a bonus, then get absolutely nothing. No longer worth driving 60 miles to get annoyed... I can stay home for that. Sitting at the buffet, told they close in a half hour. Fine, that's okay. Not told they were out of most of the food. Pretty pissed off. Would have ate somewhere else. Worst part, nobody cares.

The is the first time I've ever felt compelled to write a negative review of a restaurant. We called ahead at La Bonne Vie to see what the dress code was since I was under the impression that it was a high end place. They told us that suit and tie is preferred but wear at least a suit coat since it's "business casual". I actually enjoy dressing up for a nice special meal so all the men wore suits in our party. My husband and I enjoy horse racing. We decided to have a little something to eat , so we took advantage of the offer today, hamburgers, hot dogs, and fries. Well.... the hamburger I received was 1/3 the size of the bun, served cold and discolored. My husband's cheeseburger was served on a stale rock hard bun. Needless to say we returned them as they were inedible. This is not the same calaber food that has been served in the past. I'm ashamed to say I won't be eating here anymore.
