excellent experience. customer service was 5-star - everyone was eager to assist me in every way. pricing was stellar. they placed me in a premium location, close to parking, close to the elevator. they have free handcarts. I have rented storage space from several other companies - this is the best experience. thank you to all the staff.
great customer service Staff was helpful, friendly, kind & compassionate. All forms were easily view-able on a large monitor for me to review, initial & digitally sign. Another staff member drove me to the location of my storage unit, gave me tips on accessing the facility, where to park, how to use the handcarts, the location of the elevator. Holiday closure hours were clearly posted. Good pricing with first month's rental at no charge; a truck & driver are provided within the first 30 days of contract at no charge.
Friendly, helpful staff. Registration and move in was very simple and easy. Free moving truck if needed!
Excellent customer service, reasonable prices and quality storage units. Great customer service, problem solved And helped me figure out all the details I needed to know. Very friendly and helpful, and obviously care about their customers. The units are safe, clean and easily accessible for moving into.

Not exactly what I expected Unit was very dusty upon arrival with a dozen spiders inside. other then the spiders the unit is a decent size. I thought the unit would be big, it has very high ceilings. It will have to do for now.
