Overall it was a great experience, Erica was very personable and helpful. The price on line was misleading. .it did not include the monthly security fee.

Overall my experience was a good one. The only mishap was that my reservation through sparefoot was not in the system when i arrived at price self storage. The customer service representative Erica did everything she could to take care of the error. She called sparefoot and had them (re)send the reservation, to insure i was getting the price I reserved online.
Great experience, no problems!
These are a group of very personable and professional service agents. The space is clean and reasonably priced. I am very pleased.
Paper work was fast. Carts were available, moved in, no problem'o.
