I was very pleased when I first regestestere, but had trouble when I went back. I had a locker on the first floor for 36 dollors a month, it got changed to the third floor for 56 dollors a month, after a long discussion everything got straitend out, so now I'm very satisfied. Thank you.
Big, clean, and friendly facility Price Self Storage is large and well-lit. It's extremely clean and the employees are nice. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is that I was unaware I'd have to pay for insurance each month. Be sure to ask how much extra that is before booking. If you're okay with that, then Price is a great place to go!
Had a decent experience but I wish someone would have told me all the things I needed to do before I could start moving my stuff. I had people waiting and didn't realize all the paperwork needed.
Great price, options and customer service! Chris the manager was a real pleasure to work with. She not only provided me with information regarding the unit I was interested in, but she also offered other potential units and offers that may have worked even better for me. The whole process was simple, fast and enjoyable. Nice to have a business really want you and make the effort to keep you as an on-going customer!
