Superior and excellent The facility and the customer service representatives were excellent.
great staff This unit is about par with most other storage units. However the staff are a jewel. The only real draw back is the lack of enforcement of secured access. I observed ongoing double entry/exit on one persons access code.
The girl at the front desk was beyond helpful and she even let us have extended hours. As students who needed to pack up their dorms for the summer that very evening this was an incredible thing! She showed us the unit and taught us how to work the keys. It was truly a great experience
