Nice people, poor service Everyone in the office is really nice, so I hate to leave a bad review, but after repeated calling over the same problems, not getting responses to emails, getting my bill wrong multiple times, getting charged late fees while waiting for the office to get it right... I cannot recommend this facility to anyone.
I think the advertising is bait and switch. The 5 x 5 advertised online is more like 3 x 3 and you have to go through hoops to get them to honor the online size and rate.
