Clean, organized and lots of units The customer service was very courteous and helpful. The paperwork took 10 minutes. I rented the truck, the driver was also the maintenance/security person. He was personable and friendly. Storage unit was clean and a good price. The facility appears to be very secure.
Good location, Great Service! The Staff at the Price Self Storage Murphy Canyon are REALLY awesome! And when I had an issue with my lock, the staff was very quick to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. This is a secure facility, I would recommend this place.
The staff was incredible and very helpful. The place is very clean and secure and reasonably priced. I have loved my experience so far! Plus they offer free trucks if scheduled in advance...so easy and convenient!

Great Customer Service The customer service rep. was very helpful she answered all my question and made me feel at ease, especially with the hectic move. I called multiple times just to verify many things and she was always pleasant and let me know what i needed to do in advance, because my brother was actually needing to get the storage for he is active duty marine. I will definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone and everyone.
