Looks a good secured place. Everything went smoothly except the locking mechanism was not explained well, so I had to ask the resident security manager to come in to demonstrate it.
Kyle and Angie...outstanding helpful people...cant thank enough...the only problem i had...angie was kind enough to let me have 24 hour access on May 17th 2012 to move my duaghters belongings intothe storage facility past 7pm...when i arrived to finish the last load at about 730 pm...all the lights were off in the corridors...it's really difficult doing a move in the complete darkness...and i figure i lost some things....but couldnt see to know.
friendly service and reasonable rates The young lady who rented me out my storage locker was very friendly and informative. Its a great location in central San Diego, in the Mission Valley area.
overall good deal, cart token system a drag I had excellent help selecting my storage unit with Daniel. He showed me a total of 3 different ones, because the first two had water pipes and overhead ventilation taking up space, so I really appreciated his patience. Great Service & Clean Facility Start to finish the process took less than 20 minutes including showing a particular rental space unit. Very helpful and professional office staff. Christopher was very courteous and helpful.
Office personnel very rude and initial saleslady gave false information I received the free first month ($364) rent but office personnel had an absolute awful attitude with me for no reason. I was sold on the price but also misled about total charges and key security. Still, I couldn't beat the overall bottom line price so I put up with the lies and bad attitudes
A lot of street level storage, but priced at a premium. Customer service is good, but wouldn't come down on price. $208 for a 10x10 seems too high. I like the access though. One problem is the place only allows access from 7-7. I am used to 24hr access or 6am-10pm. I haven't found better in SD area, but am looking.
