RecommendedWe use Pride for all 26 of our service contracts in King's Point in Delray Beach for a reason!! We inherited contracts from other companies when we bought units over the last 7 years and tried them since they were still in effect. When it came time to renew, we switched to Pride because they are the best.
RecommendedToday , Monday May 8th, 2017, Pride sent out a Plummer named Marc to check on my hot water heater (which was fine --turns out it was my A/C) and my kitchen faucet which had been dripping/leaking. He took the faucet apart because he knew what the problem was. He then called Moen, ordered the parts needed and told me to call back for service when parts arrived, and then put my faucet back together for use. He went beyond the call of duty. RecommendedHad the pleasure today speaking to Pride representative Suzanne, she had the same concerned, and thoughtful demeanor as the other people I have had to use from Pride. Chris, Omar, Maurice and Ken all worked with me as if I was a most important part of their day. Always a bad experience to have household appliances go bad, but the manner of all the Pride representatives I have dealt with ameliorated the experience. I have stated that Chris was so amazing, that I would have wanted to adopt him.
RecommendedOn April 3, 2017 Victor of Pride came to our home to replace a part on our air conditioner. Not only was he polite, he was on time and fixed our air conditioner. Our A/C has never worked better even when you installed it 7 years ago. This young man is an exceptional asset to Pride. He deserves a raise and the gratitude of Pride. You have a real gem in this technician.
