We feel Prime did an excellent job on replacing our roof. The crew worked very hard in mid-90's temps. They cleaned up material waste very well. We highly recommend them,

As a first-time home owner, a roof replacement (due to hail damage) was a little bit daunting. But the owner **** ******* guided us through the whole process with the insurance claim and his sales persons **** and Storm did a wonderful job in assisting us with the choice of new shingles and personally making sure that there are no roofing nails left behind in the driveway or in our yard once the job was done - which was only 1 day! Highly recommend Prime Roofing!

Very positive experience. **** was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I always felt that I was in good hands. The crew that showed up to do the work were here by 7am and worked quickly and professionally. The clean up was amazing, and care was taken to avoid damaging the plantings around the house. They even moved their stuff around in the driveway to accommodate a large pickup for a local charity.

They were great to deal with after a storm left hail and rain damage to our roof and ceilings. (They even found some water spots we hadn't noticed.) Excellent communication, too. Handled the entire insurance claim and lined up the gutter repair company and the painters to repair and paint the ceilings. When we noticed a small trim piece missing nearly a year later, they stopped by within 3 days to replace it. We would highly recommend Prime Roofing.
The roof job appeared to be done in a very good way. Cleanup was thorough. Job was done in two days!
