PRIME IS A VERY RELIABLE ORGANIZATION. THEY INSPECTED ******* AND FOUND DAMAGES THAT WOULD REQUIRE ROOF REPLACEMENT. THEIR PERSONNEL WORKED WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY FROM BEGINNING TO COMPLETION OF THE ROOFING. ALL I DID WAS TO COMPLY WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY THAT ALL WORK WAS DONE AT MY SATISFACTION AND THE COMPANY PAID FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE NEW ROOF. Great job overall -- very good in terms of communication and scheduling, and did a high-quality job in a very timely manner. Very conscientious about cleanup of the site. Highly recommend!

Bill helped me navigate all of the insurance hurdles, met with and worked directly with the adjuster, met the promised timeline, performed quality work, and consistently followed up to make sure I was happy with their service.
