Our roof had seen better days, due to weathering and storm damage. Prime stepped in and made the replacement process as easy as possible. Throughout, **** made the time to text/call with updates. The crew arrived on-time the day of install and got right to work. They cleaned up thoroughly and were done by sundown. Our new roof looks great!!! Much appreciated, Prime Roofing & Restoration!

We contacted Prime Roofing after a hail storm came through. Im here to tell you we had major issues with our insurance company (StateFarm) not wanting to take care of the damages. *********************** with Prime came and meet with 2 different adjusters. Let me tell you he went toe to toe with these folks. He knew exactly what to do to handle the situation and at the end of the day we got a beautiful new roof. The overall process went smoothly. Communication was great throughout, and **** and **** were very helpful and very flexible to work with us in accommodating different schedule related issues on our side.Once we were finally able to get the roof scheduled, the crew showed up and worked extremely hard. The new roof was essentially completed in one day. It looks good and showed no signs of leaks during recent rain. After the work was finished, the crew cleaned everything up very thoroughly.

I was familiar with Prime Roofing because they have replaced several roofs in my neighborhood. Bill with Prime assisted me in getting my insurance involved due to hail damage. Prime completed the project in a day and a half after estimating one to two days.
