We contacted Prime Roofing after a hail storm came through. Im here to tell you we had major issues with our insurance company (StateFarm) not wanting to take care of the damages. *********************** with Prime came and meet with 2 different adjusters. Let me tell you he went toe to toe with these folks. He knew exactly what to do to handle the situation and at the end of the day we got a beautiful new roof. The overall process went smoothly. Communication was great throughout, and **** and **** were very helpful and very flexible to work with us in accommodating different schedule related issues on our side.Once we were finally able to get the roof scheduled, the crew showed up and worked extremely hard. The new roof was essentially completed in one day. It looks good and showed no signs of leaks during recent rain. After the work was finished, the crew cleaned everything up very thoroughly.

I was familiar with Prime Roofing because they have replaced several roofs in my neighborhood. Bill with Prime assisted me in getting my insurance involved due to hail damage. Prime completed the project in a day and a half after estimating one to two days. The new roof looks great and the crew also did a very thorough job of clean-up. ******* came by a few days after the project was complete and took care of a couple of very minor requests. We worked with *********************** with Prime Roofing throughout the course of having our roof replaced. He was very professional, very responsive, and went above and beyond in helping us make sure our roof was covered by insurance and that we received all that we were due.
