I worked with *********************** and **** Prime throughout the entire process, who were both very responsive to my questions and guided me through everything as this was my first time getting ******* replaced. ***** made sure to take part in the roof inspection with the field adjuster from my insurance provider to make sure every detail was considered. PRIME IS A VERY RELIABLE ORGANIZATION. THEY INSPECTED ******* AND FOUND DAMAGES THAT WOULD REQUIRE ROOF REPLACEMENT. THEIR PERSONNEL WORKED WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY FROM BEGINNING TO COMPLETION OF THE ROOFING.
