It was fast & easy I truly enjoyed my experience with Prime Storage something different & new for me but it went smoothly & easy
Easier than most Clean and bright inside, lights came on as I walked to unit and adequate lighting to see inside entire unit. Door operation was smooth. Outside gate was easy to open with code. Able to access buildings from 2 sides. Good parking, areas to turn around if not drive completely around.

Great customer service, very friendly I would recommend this storage unit to all of my friends and family. The man who helped me was very nice and I was in and out of there within 20 minutes or so.
