Great Deal - great place! Great deals on storage - just what we needed!
Misleading pricing The storage unit was decently clean and customer service was ok. Price was quite misleading because on top of the advertised price promotion, they required insurance be purchased and payed monthly (could go through homeowners but wasnât told Iâd have to until I was right there signing paperwork), suggested to buy their lock, and asked to pay for other extras. Fast easy access this place is very convenient it's close to the highway and has many size lockers
Cheap and efficient This storage facility was very well organized and the height of the units were very nice. I had a 5x5 and shared it with two other friends and had no problem fitting everything we needed
Amazing She had my unit ready in less than 10 minutes and was the nicest lady
Overpriced Used to be reasonably priced now way to expensive. Super discounts for new people but long time customers are treated like crap. I'm currently looking at other options
not impressed I've resigned myself to the fact that I needed additional storage and pay for it. However, I was completely shocked that my rent went up $56.00 a month after only 4 months. When I addressed the issues of excessive rent increase over such a short time, the people in the office said they would forward my concerns and get back to me. Now it is weeks later and not a word one way or the other. That is not good customer service and that is main reason for the low rating.
