I think its alright but not great I dint like that the price increased after only being there 9 months, The unit was dirty when I opened it for the first time and had to sweep it out - thought it would have been clean for a new tenant.
ok, services are not offered to assist clients with long term rentals. For the price we should be able to put trash in dumpster caused by rodents that have ruined furniture etc.
Convenient location The email/text reminders need to be consistent. My last months invoice I didnât get the email/text until after the due date and it resulted in a hefty late charge that they would not waive. Poor customer service in that respect. Lorraine in the office is awesome!

Misleading pricing The storage unit was decently clean and customer service was ok. Price was quite misleading because on top of the advertised price promotion, they required insurance be purchased and payed monthly (could go through homeowners but wasnât told Iâd have to until I was right there signing paperwork), suggested to buy their lock, and asked to pay for other extras.
