Renting this unit was quite easy and straightforward We were disappointed that at the time of our arrival at the rental building that there were only three carts available. We were told by staff that there used to be seven carts at this facility but that four had become unavailable (stolen? misplaced?) and we discovered that we would have to return at another time so that a cart would be available for use.

Good Experience Phillip was very helpful. He provided thorough explanations and walked with us to the unit. He explained how the insurance works and told us to check with our homeowners agent to determine the extent of coverage. We signed up for the basic policy based on his recommendation.
Simple and easy Great experience, easy to move in!
Very good, if slightly pricey I will admit that it is a little pricey, but the service is really fantastic, the place is very clean, there ate lots of carts for moving your things, and tons of space in between units.
I would recommend this PS for location, helpful management & unit security. I do have several comments for the owners/management. # I tried twice one day to get into the building; but, parking was blocked by two large moving trucks. The parking lot should be larger to accommodate all types of vehicles. # I have avoided going to my storage unit due to lighting. The lights on the second floor were not synchronized properly.
