Convenient for what we need While Iâm satisfied with my decision to rent a unit, thereâs one thing I wish would be acknowledged. I rented a 5x5 unit and after it was assigned and I was shown the unit, I immediately realized that my 5x5 unit was actually more like a 4x4 unit due to a thick support beam tucked into the corner of the unit effectively stealing part of what Iâm paying for. Clean and easy to access, but was wrongly charged. Good secure place to store your things, but feels like I was wrongly charged.
For over 2 years always clean, friendly and bright. Tho I always try to be on-time with my monthly payment on the occasion that it lapses (a day or two) I truly appreciate Prime reaching out to remind me if I overlook my monthly invoice!
Fair price - convenient location The units are fairly priced and the employees seem knowledgeable and friendly. It is very conveniently located.
Safe storage Safe storage but humidity levels are not low enough on the ground floor to prevent mold if storing for a prolonged period. Great customer service, clean, and secure. I would recommend this facility.
great staff Barb is the nicest lady. Always willing to go out of her way to help, answer questions and she makes the rounds making sure the place is picked up. One thing that is disappointing is the lack of carts to move thing in and out. You have got to figure that one out!
Overall this is a great location and place to use for storage I am surprised that the rate for storage has increased as much as it has with nothing additional being offered or shown for the price increase. Based on the fact that we have all gone through the pandemic together, I think the rates are high especially if this is the percentage of increase per unit.
Prices continue to rise, services continue to be "decent." The facility is very clean and secure, and the attendants have usually been friendly. Unfortunately, getting someone to respond to issues is a process of emails and phone tag with out-of-town management. I was also unhappy with a summer period of at least a month, where I was paying high prices for "climate controlled storage," yet the thermometer/moisture detector in my unit was showing temps in the 80s and humidity in the 70s.
