Rates are too high and adjusted up too frequently. Once you are in, rates get raised often. They know it is a pain to move to a different storage facility. It is a clean facility.
We're not your average storage customer. Our storage isn't accessed frequently so we're not really good to judge because we haven't been in there since we dropped our stuff off really except for one other time.
I have been satisfied with storing my possessions the past few years. I wanted a clean & dry facility to store my furniture. It is convenient & easy access to the freeway. If I have questions it's nice to be able to contact the 800 number if I need to. The employees have always been polite at all times.

Safe Storage My only issue is there are not enough carts. Only 2 and on weekends absolutely not enough. Causes delays and frustrations that could be eliminated with a simple investment.

Clean - Safe - Convenient The location of Prime Storage in Asheville is very convenient for me and accessing the facility is easy. The place is kept clean. and I feel safe when I visit along with feeling confident my belongings are in a safe place.
