get a dumpster for your customers i find it absurd that a place where people move in and out of doesnât provide a dumpster and have never been to a storage facility that not provided this amenity.
Take your business elsewhere Since changing hands the price of units has steadily risen without any reflection in service. Bad attitudes, condescending interaction, locked bathrooms on site at all hours, generally a negative experience. Iâll be leaving this facility and company ASAP and I recommend that you take your storage business elsewhere
Clean During a pandemic it's extremely disappointing you raised my rent from $111 to $131. Money is tight and that's a very large increase. Unacceptable.
