Walked in on a self care day and Heidi was at the front counter. We spoke back and forth about options and agreed on a plain blow out. I wear my hair natural most of the time and rarely put heat on it (but haven't had a hair cutt in years- my choice and it's not a popular opinion). My stylist was very kind and my hair looked lovely when I left, HOWEVER my hair had WAYYYYYY to much product in it, to the point that it looked worse than normal the next morning because it was so sticky/crunchy. With tip, $50 for a blowout and style that lasted half a day. My stylist also ripped through my wet hair with a vengeance. I have a tough head so it didn't hurt so bad in the moment, but my head actually feels bruised the next day. I've never experienced that in my life. I have loooong thick hair and it's usually a challenge for me to find someone who is able to give me a round brush blowout with volume and bounce. Today I saw Talaya and she exceeded my expectations! She's so good!!! Can't wait to come back and see her!!!
I always have a great experience here. They do great work, treat you like royalty, and always have cold and hot beverages on hand. I always look forward to getting my hair done here :)
I've had many blow outs at this location. Recently, I had a horrible haircut to the point of tears. Feeling lost, I came in and Claire to the rescue. She was sweet, wonderful and very helpful. Definitely recommend her!!!
I'm a club member and I love it! All the stylist do a great job and the product Oribe they use is leaves your hair feeling amazing!
I have been a member almost a year now. I have a standing appointment with Claire every Sunday and have brought my girls here to get their hair done for portraits. Claire and Heidi are my favs. The stylists here at awesome. But the receptionists here aren't worth a thought. Booked this place for a blowout and makeup application for my cousins wedding. I've gotten my makeup before and have gone to dry bar many times before. I went to this location because I liked the idea of going to one place for hair and makeup. Also I wanted to try something new and boy did I make a mistake. I walked in.
