I am highly disappointed in the primp and blow location at Biltmore. I booked a styling appointment for August 15th for a clean dry hair style which is $35. The stylist curled my hair and was done in 8 minutes. When I checked out they charged me $56 dollars because I have extensions. ThenI had to tip on top of that. I love my 7am Monday appointments with Adiana! She gives a great blowout and is always so kind!! I also love that the blowout includes a refresh the next day for a small price. I've had my blowout membership for over a year and absolutely love it! I always get my hair and makeup done for special events. Why not clear out your emails Monday morning while someone else curls your hair after a nice head scrub?

they double charged me for my service as evidenced by duplicate charges on my card and when I called to have them correct it the manager never called me back

This was my 1st time at this location. I was very impressed on how they run the business. Very professional and on time with my family and I. My sister in law was recommended to this place and we took a chance and we are so glad we did. The ladies asked all the right questions and they absolutely delivered with what we needed. My absolute favorite Primp and Blow location, I wish I could give 10 stars! I love that I can quickly book online, and while I can't select a specific stylist for this location, every single stylist will pamper you and leave you with perfect hair. I feel like I rotate through the stylists but they know me, and I always leave happy and ready to tackle the week with a fresh blowout. I was on vacation and wanted to treat myself to a blow dry and some curls. It was easy to make appt online. My stylist was Madi, she was very friendly and did a great job on my hair, shampooed and blowdried /styled in a little over an hour. I wont hesitate to go in again when I am back in town. Thanks!

I've been here a few times now and every time I leave I'm so happy. The stylists are friendly and do a great job with my hair. I've had an updo for my daughter's wedding, a blow-put for my nephew's wedding (it lasted two days!) and I especially like getting a blow-out before a trip, as it lasts a couple days and makes traveling easier.

I came to get my hair done with a bridal party. The girl that did my hair asked what I wanted. I explained exactly what I wanted my hair to look like and gave her several picture examples. She started doing my hair and I felt like she knew what I was wanting. She didn't really ask questions or communicate at all during the service. In fact she was very unfriendly and anti social.
