Two friends and I recently used Primp and Blow to prepare for our club's annual gala. Historically it's been a last-minute DIY hair and makeup session for us right before showtime as we've been on-set all day. This year, we weren't able to start loading in until just a few hours before which afforded us some time to take care of ourselves. This location completely screwed me on Christmas Eve. I had an appointment to get two braids which was quoted at $35. I have gotten this service multiple times before and it's always been a shampoo and two braids (no blow dry involved. ) when I got this 1 year ago they charged me $25 and when I got this 6 months ago it was $35 both services included a shampoo and two Dutch braids. I highly recommend Ernesto for a beyond beautiful blowout!! The receptionist was incredibly sweet and helpful when I walked into the gorgeous salon... Hands down a great experience!!!

My wife made an appointment for today because we had an event to go to tonight. She had a confirmation and the appointment was automatically placed In her calendar. She showed up and was told that they didn't have a reservation for her. The front desk person, Maximus, must have repeated himself 20x that he didn't see the appointment. I booked an appointment for a blowout, and when my stylist wasn't ready after 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 20 minutes and then after 25-30 minutes I had to leave. I realized that the stylist I was waiting for wasn't even halfway done with the client before me. I was so disappointed because I had an event that night and took my lunch break to come for my appointment. These ladies have it down. My make up fully on point. Took years off of my face. I never knew I could look like that! Hair soft, and curls lasted all night. I'm coming back!

Worst service ever don't come here if you actually want to get your hair done. I've been here a total of five times. The first two times the girl that did my hair was decent however I had to sit and listen to her talk about how much she hated her mother-in-law the entire time both times. It was completely unprofessional. Customer service is lacking in every location I have been to. Their rude and unprofessional and their blowouts aren't worth the cost. Much better alternative options.

Excellent service and the Oribe products are amazing! Loving my blowout, loose curls style and the hot oil treatment helped bring my hair back to life. Definitely recommend an extra 10 min. scalp massage, as well.
