I have A TON of hair. I've been to a few dry bars but this one is my favorite. Jace is amazing. I really didn't have a vision all I knew was that I wanted big and curly hair. Jace did an outstanding job brining my vision alive. As I said I have a lot of hair and usually people complain about much I have which is kinda annoying but Jace never complained about it!! Very happy with my experience here and definitely coming back. I would suggest people to come early/on time. Being late cuts into your time!
Came to Primp and blow about 2 months ago for a blow out and a braid before my birthday dinner in old town. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. My hair turned out great but wasn't quite what I had asked for. The braid she made was a fishtail when I had asked for a french braid. I ended up loving it anyway, but still was a little taken aback when it was so different than I was expecting.
I am in love love with this place. I love the look... I love the music and I love the stylist. I have now been here a few times and I will be sure to be back. Nicole, Roman , Jenna.. are some of my favorites. Cant wait to try the lash extensions.
I'm really disappointed with my experience. I booked this appointment specifically for my engagement photos and wanted a curled high ponytail. I showed a reference photo and confirmed ahead of time that I was booking the correct service. The ponytail was frizzy and not styled how I asked. The stylist mainly sprayed a lot of hairspray, brushed it back, and said I was done. Several months ago, they color matched me incorrectly to hair extensions, then opened the box and told me they looked terrible and didn't match and that I couldn't be refunded because they were opened. They even suggested I spend another several hundred dollars to try again and order another color! Disappointing and lost hundreds of dollars on what was supposed to be extensions for my wedding day. I won't be back. So disappointed...

Left this salon so upset and sad:( I went to get my hair done for my birthday. I arrived and nobody had checked me in or taken me back till 10-15 minutes later. The girl that took me was definitely in a rush and first told me she doesn't have time for the original photo I showed her. She kept saying I was only booked for 30 minutes and doesn't have time do what is needed. I booked a dry style no where on there did it say anything about time. I requested a blowout for a special event on Sunday morning but when I arrived they were closed. I looked awful for my gala and there was no customer service follow up either. I really hope I did not get charged for this extremely disappointing experience. I was a first time client.
I love this location, I've been coming for a few years now to get my makeup done and Faith is amazing at doing makeup.

I am highly disappointed in the primp and blow location at Biltmore. I booked a styling appointment for August 15th for a clean dry hair style which is $35. The stylist curled my hair and was done in 8 minutes. When I checked out they charged me $56 dollars because I have extensions. ThenI had to tip on top of that. They didn't do anything different because of my extensions and should have only charged me the $35, which seems high for 8 minutes, and at the minimum when I sat for a pre booked $35 appointment, they should have... read more
