Thank-You Dr. Shultz for saving my Tre Dog! After a long week of my dog throwing up all day and all night and not eating we took him to Hometown twice. Each time they just did X-Rays and blood work and would send him home. We finally had enough and decided to take him to Dr. Shultz! From the time I walked into his building everyone was extremely nice and seemed to really care about Tre! Such an amazing compassionate staff! Growing up in Prineville we always took our pets to PVC. Now, living 1.5 hours away, I still make sure this is where our pets go. This last year was a whirl wind of strange happenings, so much so I’m not sure what I would have done without any of the staff at PVC! Between my frantic calls, emergency pop-ins, tears and just overall check-ups, I’ll never be able to thank them enough! I HIGHLY recommend PVC! They care about our pets as if they were their own. We brought our puppy in to the clinic for a routine spay, and she was a very rare case, and had heart complications, and developed an infection. I brought her back in to get checked out, and they treated her again. Her body was refusing the antibiotics, and they had given me. Her condition was not improving, so I brought her back once again on a Thursday, and they kept her all weekend. I came back to get her, and she was back to her old self! The entire staff is professional and caring -- from the front desk to the technicians to the doctors. It doesn't take long for them to know you and remember your pets names. All doctors are very approachable and take the time to make sure you know exactly what your options are.
They have always gotten my animals in right away. Dr. Panella is great!
