Going to the ER or urgent care is usually one of the last places you want to go. If you have the need for urgent care and you are anywhere around boiling springs, GO HERE. They were fast, courteous and very thorough, as well as informative. I will choose going here over any urgent care treatment facility in Spartanburg county. Mandy was awesome!

Book online and register/check in. Fill out your form and upload insurance information online. So the time we walked in to the time we walked was less then 30 mins. Very quick and efficient. Friendly staff and listened. No check out process. (For us at least). All the times I’ve been there, the waiting room was never filled up. Always a go to for us.
