This was my first visit. I used to go to Upstate Urgent Care but they have closed. Everything went so smoothly. Granted, I was there in the middle of the afternoon and it wasn't too busy! I made my appt online and filled out my forms online. I got there a little early and my total time there wasn't much more than 30 minutes. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Great Urgent Care! Having been to many over the years this was by far the best experience. The gals up front were terrific & friendly. Bailey the nurse practitioner was knowledgeable & courteous. This location is clean, well managed, and everyone is helpful. There was a glitch with our RX at CVS and Mica was kind enough to not only follow through in resolving the issue.
