The office was very clean, and inviting. The lady at the front desk was very helpful, informative, professional and friendly. (Even though I wasn’t. Which I apologize for.) The triage nurse was fantastic, made the nasal swab as pleasant as she possibly could. She engaged in conversation and was very polite. She took my BP again at my request and got a better reading. Very helpful staff. I was in and out in about 20 minutes with a rx on the way to the pharmacy. I appreciate Bailey being so nice and taking the time with me. She truly cared and that is hard to find sometimes.

Since you asked, I was a little disappointed. I came in with my left hip hurting when I walk and right leg having shooting pains ( sciatica?). Apparently you are limited to one ailment per visit. The doctor asked what’s up with my hip. After discussing that I mentioned my right leg and the doctor answered that’s in your back and never addressed it.
