This was my first visit. I used to go to Upstate Urgent Care but they have closed. Everything went so smoothly. Granted, I was there in the middle of the afternoon and it wasn't too busy! I made my appt online and filled out my forms online. I got there a little early and my total time there wasn't much more than 30 minutes. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.
