Reception did not greet us on arrival, was on the phone. Instead she motioned for us to sit. After we had sat for a while, more people came in which also were not greeted. She attempted to check in the people that came in after us first, then when I asked if she was having tech problems, because that is what the phone conversation seemed like, she answered with a very terse ‘no’.
