Great Urgent Care! Having been to many over the years this was by far the best experience. The gals up front were terrific & friendly. Bailey the nurse practitioner was knowledgeable & courteous. This location is clean, well managed, and everyone is helpful. There was a glitch with our RX at CVS and Mica was kind enough to not only follow through in resolving the issue. The office was very clean, and inviting. The lady at the front desk was very helpful, informative, professional and friendly. (Even though I wasn’t. Which I apologize for.) The triage nurse was fantastic, made the nasal swab as pleasant as she possibly could. She engaged in conversation and was very polite. She took my BP again at my request and got a better reading. Very helpful staff. I was in and out in about 20 minutes with a rx on the way to the pharmacy. I appreciate Bailey being so nice and taking the time with me. She truly cared and that is hard to find sometimes.
