I visited Urgent Care on February 11th and the young lady at the desk was very helpful in checking me in very efficiently Also the young lady the checked me in was great. I had a bad cough and she was very helpful and was very supportive. Then the doctor came in and was also just as helpful. She talked to me and took time to listen and gave me what I needed and now I feel better They shared their names however I apologize I forgot the names but they were all 3 African American females at the Parkridge Urgent care in Irmo S... read more

The cleanest, fastest, and kindest urgent care experience I have ever had. The facility had easy parking, calling in prior to the visit was easy, the lady who assisted me was kind, and my “walk-in” only resulted in about a five minute wait. I was taken care of by Chess and Rika, both of which were incredibly kind and helpful, making the urgent care visit a breeze.
