Very professional n friendly staff. Waiting time 15 minutes until taken back. Pa was in room with 5 minutes of being place in another room. Very friendly n professional

The cleanest, fastest, and kindest urgent care experience I have ever had. The facility had easy parking, calling in prior to the visit was easy, the lady who assisted me was kind, and my “walk-in” only resulted in about a five minute wait. I was taken care of by Chess and Rika, both of which were incredibly kind and helpful, making the urgent care visit a breeze. Mostly good. First impression was not very inviting and warm from receptionist, but it did get better with second encounter. There was an hour wait and a 5 -7 visit with the FNP.
