Prisma Urgent Care at Parkridge was a very good experience. The staff was very knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. Cheryl Whitaker, the nurse practitioner, took excellent care of me addressing the stitches I needed for a laceration on my forehead. Rika the nurse was also very knowledgeable, courteous and respectful.

Whenever I’m not feeling my best, I come here. They always take care of me and get me in and out. No matter if I walk in or make an appointment, I’m never waiting at all. The staff is always friendly and caring. Thank you for taking care of me all the time! See you soon!!!
