Great service
All the nurses were great! Everything was really fast and even though they had to send me to the ER they told me everything going on. It was a great visit. Probably my best urgent care visit.
Check_in process was easy, check-in nurse very professional. NP (I can’t remember her name)was very caring and professional as well. I let her know my symptoms and how long they’d been going on. She let me know they did not have the facilities for Gastro issues and suggested that I go to ER for a more in-depth look. She did not offer a COVID test, nor did she offer a flu test. This was my first visit with your urgent care. Everyone was wonderful. I appreciated that every person listened to me.
Great service and friendly people
When I arrived I showed insurance card I was called in right away about a 15 minute Waite!! After that a whole bunch of office questions were asked about my concerns about of what was wrong and feelings about me!!
I was seen in a relatively short time. The three staff that took care of me, cleaned, and stitched my hand were pleasant, professional and I thought did a great job in taking care of my injury. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. All together my visit was good under the circumstances.
