Dr Kepik is awesome. The care she gave me was top notch. The other folks were fantastic- if I could get the same people each time I would make you guys my primary care doctor. Awesome job by everyone.

The MD was great. Medical assistant was not. Poor customer service. IM injections in the gluteal muscle are not approved by Prisma procedure/policy anymore. Someone needs to update the staff. Also, MA refused to give the steroid shot in the anterior thigh muscle; therefore, steroid shot received in right deltoid. Of course, smaller muscle and arm quite painful now.
Scheduled the check in online. Arrived at the clinic. Was seen within 20 minutes. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Was able to get x-rays quickly and received my diagnosis. Was done within two hours.
All the staff was friendly!
I am from out of town and today was my second time coming to Prizma. It was an excellent experience. The staff was amazing. I highly recommend it
