Wonderful and I never get that at a medical facility since the ‘90s. The people from reception to nursing to dr were professional understanding and compassionate.

Everyone at this facility was wonderful to me from the front desk check in folks to the CMA who did the initial assessment. Ross Leclair PA was very professional, efficient and kind. I was treated with dignity and respect and I really appreciate the care and kindness of the entire staff. It is so important to have this type of experience when you feel so bad, especially when you are 400 miles from home! Great job!!!!

I had a very good experience at this urgent care. The receptionist was kind, the nursing assistant was sweet and thorough, and the Dr had me in and out of there in less than 5 minutes! So thankful I went!
