To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to share feedback about a recent visit I made to Prisma Urgent Care (Old Fatz building location) on April 18th, 2025. I arrived at 12:13 PM due to a laceration on my upper lip from a home accident while removing nails. I had attempted home care—including flushing the wound, applying antibiotic ointment, gauze, and medical glue—but the wound continued to ooze after two hours, prompting my visit. Staff was friendly for the most part. Quick service and appropriate care. They do not take cash so make sure you have a credit or debit card. They do take Apple Pay though so 👍
I woke up on Sat super dizzy. My neighbor took me. I made an apt on line as well as did the registration etc. When we got there I checked in and settled in for a long wait but 10 min later I was called back. Nurse and Doctor were amazing and could tell I was concerned. Turned out to be just an inner ear issue. I had a prescription called in and before I had left my pharmacy let me know script was ready. All total about a 45 min apt. Thank you!! Very very happy with the care
I wish I could remember the girls name specifically but I can’t…she went above and beyond to try to help my situation. I was in an incredible amount of pain and I am very grateful for what she did for me. The nurse practitioner that saw me was very caring and concerned and went out of her way to make me as comfortable as she possibly could while I waited. I had an appointment window around 4pm. I was efficiently greeted and soon taken back for vitals. After 30 minutes the PA came in to assess my issues. He was through and asked good questions. I did not feel rushed and he took this time with me. I am very satisfied with my visit and if needed I would go back.
