I did not have appointment, I was walk in. I was not there long at all. I had bruised ribs from fall and they were kind.

I had an excellent experience at this urgent care. The facility is new, spacious, and very clean, with X-ray services available on-site, which was extremely convenient. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and efficient. I was especially impressed with Nurse Practitioner Patricia Moore. She was kind, knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. There are not enough words to adequately describe the great service today at Prisma Health Urgent care in Seneca, SC. We signed in at the desk, greeted by very pleasant office staff. We had reserved an appointment time and was called into the waiting room within 10 minutes. All medical personnel were so helpful and kind. The facility was spotless-and welcoming.
