There are not enough words to adequately describe the great service today at Prisma Health Urgent care in Seneca, SC. We signed in at the desk, greeted by very pleasant office staff. We had reserved an appointment time and was called into the waiting room within 10 minutes. All medical personnel were so helpful and kind. The facility was spotless-and welcoming. From walking in the door to leaving everyone made sure the visit went smooth. The receptionist was kind & thorough. Raven helped with initial VS. Whitney was chatty, which helped me be more relaxed. She assisted with hands on care. PA Amy explained the plan & repaired my laceration. I didn’t feel a thing!! Nice team work. I was very pleased with the visit.

Amazing customer service from the time we walked in! Love your staff, couldn’t be helpful or compassionate. Clean and updated facility as well. I am sorry I don’t remember names, but I would give an exceptional rating to every staff member on 6-16 at 5:30pm!
