APT Hell We are writing to express our extreme disappointment and concern regarding the condition of the apartment we were scheduled to move into on 11/22/24. Upon beginning the move-in process, we discovered a severe and unacceptable cockroach infestation. These pests were present in significant numbers throughout the apartment, emerging from behind cupboards and even from beneath the bedroom carpet, which was also loose and damaged. There are right... (Verified Renter) There are right ways and wrong ways to handle situations. Unfortunately, simpson properties personnel chose the latter when it came to our situation. I can and will not in good faith ever recommend this property manager without ensuring that others are aware of the way you operate.
the "community" was... (Verified Renter) the "community" was definitely not one that fellow renters took pride in - or even just respect for those around them - the amount of trash and animal waste was really unpleasant. Loud music - late; idle cars early in the morning - parking ANYWHERE - including crosswalks/behind parked cars . ..
