As stated above... (Verified Renter) As stated above because of management's tone I would not. However the physical apartment, my neighbors, the grounds are all reasons I would recommend the place enthusiastically. It's just, now I have a choice of many brand new apartments within two miles of the place with first class accommodations for middle and upper income residents. Places that were not open a year ago.

I enjoyed and... (Verified Renter) I enjoyed and loved staying here. Only annoying or the main reason for me to look for a house is the sound of the AC very close to bedroom. I am a working women and most of my nights went sleep less due to this. When approached the office they said I had to live with it.

Great location, very... (Verified Renter) Great location, very clean, wonderful tree canopy. However apartments are aging and need upgrading especially appliances, cabinets & floor coverings.

The grounds are... (Verified Renter) The grounds are so nice, I feel like this is a neighborhood, not an apartment complex, I would buy one if it was a condo. The location is so convenient. We are on the 2nd floor, and the air conditioning keeps it cool, we were concerned it could not keep it cool in the extream heat,but it is very very comfortable.

Loved the complex,... (Verified Renter) Loved the complex, I?m really interested in the one bedroom townhouse at this time. If one becomes available by the time I Move, I will move to Promenade Park if the rates are within my budget.

I usually have... (Verified Renter) I usually have no problems with service. They are doing an excellent job! I don't know why stairwells are being igored???

Would recommend based... (Verified Renter) Would recommend based on service and most of management; adequate response to concerns in a timely manner and aesthetic and upkeep of complex. The only troubling concern is the lack of privacy; so bad you can actually hear upstair residence walk, run water, not to mention excessive noises. There should be some effort to absorb minor sounds.

I have been... (Verified Renter) I have been a renter all my life always on the move being a veteran of the Army and a Correctional officer for the State of NC. I finally feel as though I found a place to call home......
