In my 4 years of residency here significant lease renewal increases but yet not any updated amenities applied within the unit itself. Rent paid monthly, never late the entire length of residency without offers of residential retention incentives
Prior to leasing... (Verified Renter) Prior to leasing office staff was friendly and inviting. After leasing the office staff is not personable at all. Only one of the staff is friendly. Otherwise it's not very welcoming. Somewhat cold. Very odd and unsettling.

This is a... (Verified Renter) This is a very clean well maintained community. The staff is always nice and accommodating. I am very happy here at Promenade Park.
Good location close... (Verified Renter) Good location close to highway and shopping nestled among trees. High cost for unrenovated units but garages a plus even though added cost to base rent even though some townhouse units aren't available without. Hidden expense when comparing complexes online but good marketing on your behalf.
