nice apartments, will... (Verified Renter) nice apartments, will not rent because I have a dog that is over 40lbs and MUST live on the first floor which I do not desire.

The entiee staff... (Verified Renter) The entiee staff have always been amazing! They have always been helpful with any questions or maintenance issues. I recently had my dog pass away and everyone signed a card for me and stopped me to tell me he would be missed! What an amazing community I live in and I think it all has to do with the staff fostering that.

I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend PP if only the "bug" situation were to improve. Have talked to other residents who said they have the same experience but have not reported it because they didn't want to bother management or where afraid the insect spray may harm their pet.
There were too... (Verified Renter) There were too many bugs/cockroaches in the apartment and the AC didn?t work well and it took many return trips to get it fixed. We had them spray at least 3 times for Biggs but it didn?t help.
Community and it?s... (Verified Renter) Community and it?s staff are awesome! Very clean complex and any maintenance issues have been handled very quickly.
Problem of roaches... (Verified Renter) Problem of roaches is the only one that bothers me too much. Rest everything is perfect. Very lively place maintained beautifully
