I purchased this with a coupon for $8.00 off. The labels were included and the device printed fine. The label waste is due to the lamination.
Pro- It makes nice, laminated labels. It is a little wasteful in terms of the margins, but even with the excess white space per label, I was able to make plenty of labels. I use the wider tape and find it's a little more difficult to find replacements than its thinner counterpart.
It comes with a CD but is so easy to use anyone can figure it out!
•Every label I print I waste 1” of paper.. •I can hardly see the display! •Too many steps to set up your print. •Only 5 names can be save! first I wonder if I need to turn on or wait for the print to warm up! I couldn’t see the display! I do NOT recomend it if you’re planing to print a lot. The Rolls are $22.00 and you would waste 1/2 of the roll!

Unhappy with the product. Not able to load the ribbon. Have watched You Tube videos and followed product documentation but to no success.
This LabelMaker is still in the package because I realized when I received it that it is only battery operated and there is no plug. Perhaps I didn’t notice in the product description before I ordered it but I would have prefered to be able to power it without having to rely on fresh batteries especially if I wind up not using it very frequently
I find it very difficult to use
The left margin of the tape will leave about 1 1/8 blank space. I contacted Brother and they said this is how the machine works and there was no way to adjust the left side margin. Nice way to sell a bunch of tape on there part. Stay away from this product unless you don't mind spending money on Tape. I would of gave it a negative review if possible.
