i like the product, the only part i don't like is that it uses batteries.
I have found this label maker to be versatile and very adaptable to meet almost any need. It is an excellent value. The fact that two tapes are included in package, makes the labeler itself almost free.
I bought this to help me get organized financially and its paid for itself ten times over. People complain about the extra tape, but once using it, you can understand why it has the extra tape or it would have to suck the tape in every time then print. I love how versatile it is and the screen is easy to read and buttons easy to use.

So far, I am very happy with this product. It is easy to use and does what it is supposed to do.
i didn't read the directions, just popped the paper in, turned it on, and started printing labels. Very easy to use. My only minor complaint is I found it a little hard to pull the backing off the labels once i was done. I saw that people mentioned the waste of the paper at the beginning and end of each label. To get around that, i printed multiple labels as just one label, using 3 spaces to separate the names. For the price this product is way cheaper than other online stores like Amazon. The instruction manual/user's guide seems like a lot and does look overwhelming but once you get the basic down the machine is very easy to operate and fun. Some people complain about the display being difficult to see. It fooled me too the first time I turned it on; I didn't see it and thought it was not working. It wastes a lot of tape on the sides, which is annoying. I wish it printed to the top and bottom edge too, but for $20 on sale with 2 extra tapes that cost that much alone, I'm not going to complain! The buttons are a bit hard to push and the screen isn't bright enough. I thought it was broken when I first turned it on it was so dim. I wouldn't want to use this at work, but for making labels at home for organizing cords or food items, it works ok for the price.
