Stopped working after a little over 2 months. Only used once to make a few labels.
It consistently jams when trying to print a label. It's borderline unusable.
burns theough batteries quick! label paper easily bunches up inside machine
This item worked nicely the first time it was used. After a month the battery died. Even after replacing the battery it says low battery and shuts off after its on for a minute. Also, the part that cuts the labels to size broke and now I have to use scissors to cut the labels. It did not last as I'd expected at all.

batteries run out very quickly and it overheats easily

Even though I would put in brand new batteries, it seems there was a disconnect in the area. It would give me the low battery warning, and right when I was using it turn off. Very disappointed.

Won't turn on after warranty ran out at 14 months. Tried new batteries still nothing turns on. customer service was no help, waited on phone for them to read up on possible fixes. Since it was 2 months past 1 year warranty I'm out of luck. If you send it to a repair service center it would cost more than to buy a new one which I will not! Don't waste your money on this cheap model.

The printer function worked for ONE label after I opened the box and after that was jammed. What a waste of money - stay away from this product it is absolute junk.
This is awful, i changed batteries 4 times when i used it. Now it will not even come on after using it just 1 time.
