Worked well for my purpose This label maker is really overkill for the simple use for which I bought it. All I am likely to ever use it for is to make labels for the plant markers I use in my daylily garden. I have quite a few different cultivars, and I need to keep track of their names, so I use weather resistant Brother labels printed with this device. can't hurry through the learning process I'm not a techie... I generally avoid learning new electronics. This was not as difficult as I feared... though I had to slow down and skim the instruction book repeatedly as it appears to have information scattered throughout it that would apply to my basic labeling needs... not especially well organized from my perspective. I can do all kinds of labels and they look great This label maker is just what I needed for years. Its made tough and I am making all kinds of labels. So easy to use. Wow.
Good but poor software. Found the user experience very clunky. They need to revise software to make it easier to use.

Works great, just as expected Works great, just as expected. Initially had problems using the software I downloaded from Brother. Called them for better clarification and they were able to help.Also purchased extra tapes from Amazon who had the best price - very reasonable. I am happy and pleased so far with this product.
