Easy to use! Really easy to use. Quick read instructions and felt all set to create. Made name label for all my baby's items for daycare. Love the option of fabric tape to also label his clothes. Enjoying creating labels for extra things now!

STOPPED TURNING ON I thought I loved this labeler but it suddenly just stopped turning on and the company said it's out of warranty and that they will send me the closest service center which IS NOT EVEN CLOSE to my home. To add insult to injury, I would need to pay for all repairs and services. DONE WITH BROTHER!!!!
This stopped working and won’t turn on. I loved this thing until it stopped working!
Regret buying due to tape waste It’s great EXCEPT the one very important issue of like an inch of extra tape being printed at the front of the label that you have to CUT off with scissors! Makes no sense. If I’d known it can’t be fixed I never would have bought this. What a waste of tape and money. So frustrating trying to fix it too.
